A Taylor Business Broker Who Plans for the Day After Closing

We help business owners sell, value and hand off what they built. We also help buyers take over something that already works. Our focus is simple. The business should keep running well after the deal closes, for the new owner, the staff and the customers who count on it.

Why we look past the closing date

Most small businesses were built one year at a time. A shop with regular customers. A service company with trained crews. A franchise that took years to get right. When an owner is ready to sell or retire, the goal is not just a signed deal. It is a business that keeps doing what it does under someone new.

So we start with upkeep. Before a listing goes out, we look at what keeps the business healthy: clean books, steady customer accounts, leases that will transfer, staff who know the work and equipment that has been looked after. Fixing small gaps early protects the value. It also makes buyers more comfortable, and comfortable buyers make cleaner offers.

We meet at our office, or by phone and video, so you never have to close the doors or tip off employees to talk with us. Everything stays confidential. Buyers sign a nondisclosure agreement before they learn the name of a business, and we share details in steps as their interest turns serious.

How we work

Nothing up front

Listing with us costs you nothing on day one. There is no retainer to sign and nothing tucked into the fine print. Our fee comes out of the sale, after you are paid, so we only do well when you do.

A price you can defend

Your valuation is free, and it stays between us. We build it from the figures a buyer and a lender will ask to see, like several years of filed returns, monthly sales and what the business really pays you as the owner. Then we show you how we reached the number and what could raise it over the next few years.

Buyers who will keep it going

We screen buyers for funding and for fit. Someone who understands the work and plans to keep the staff is worth more than a quick offer that falls apart in due diligence. New listings go to registered buyers first.

A handoff plan, not just a sale

We help set training periods, transition timelines and who calls the key customers. Our exit planning and partner buyout work maps out how ownership changes hands without stalling daily operations.

Where we work

We are based in Taylor and work with sellers and buyers across Williamson County and the towns around it, including Hutto, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Manor, Wells Branch and Elgin. Many meetings happen by phone or video, so distance rarely slows a deal down.
